TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read this document carefully as it contains the Terms and Conditions that you agree to be bound by if you continue to use the Waterlily - The Treatment Room Online Shop.
PURCHASING PRODUCTS
Eligibility to Order Criteria
You may only purchase products:
- Available for sale and details of which appear on Waterlily - The Treatment Room Online Shop; and
- For delivery to Mainland England, Wales and Scotland and Northern Ireland
- For personal use, either by yourself or by your intended recipient of the products. We reserve the right to decline any order that gives reasonable cause to believe is for onward sale
PRICING
We reserve the right to revise at any time the price of goods offered for sale on our web site without notice. All orders for goods are subject to availability and Waterlily - The Treatment Room reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
Although Waterlily - The Treatment Room tries to ensure that prices on this web site are accurate, errors can sometimes occur. (The prices as stated are therefore, indicative only but an accurate total price, including delivery charges, will be confirmed to you when we send you confirmation of our acceptance of your order.)
If the price when confirmed, is not to your satisfaction your sole remedy is to withdraw your order and return the goods, to us in an unused condition, if already delivered to you.
ORDERING PRODUCTS AND PAYMENT
- All payments must be received in GBP (UK Pounds Sterling)
- Once you have completed your order, simply click on "checkout" to proceed to the next level of your buying process
- Your credit/debit card details will be required for authorisation. Should there for whatever reason, be insufficient funds to cover the cost of your order then unfortunately your order will be terminated.
- Waterlily - The Treatment Room will email you to confirm that your order has been received.
Waterlily - The Treatment Room may refuse or be unable to process your order if:
- The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available
- Your credit/debit card does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price
- You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the section above.
Delivery
We try to deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery times and charges set out below. Please note the delivery times stated below are indicative only and we are not responsible for any delays. Neither Waterlily - The Treatment Room or their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.
- Delivery will be made to you within 7 working days from the date of your order (subject to stock availability)
- Orders are despatched via Royal Mail and are sent Recorded Delivery.
Delivery charges are as follows:
- Standard delivery will be free of charge for all purchases within the UK.
- We reserve the right to make an additional charge for re-delivery if you are not available to accept or receive the goods when delivered to you.
AMENDING AN ORDER
If you would like to make an amendment to an order, please call us on 020 8898 6181 or email us at amendorder@waterlilyttr.co.uk within 48 hours of your order being placed.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order you have made, then you must call us on 020 8898 6181 or email us at purchases@waterlilyttr.co.uk within 48 hours of your order being placed.
RETURNS
Should you wish to return or exchange a product bought from Waterlily - The Treatment Room Online, please follow the steps detailed below:
- Email returns@waterlilyttr.co.uk detailing your order number and your reason for the return of the product
- package the product securely and return to our full postal address via Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery (cost of return delivery is borne by the purchaser).
Please note:
- you will be refunded at the price you paid for the product at the time of your order
- you will be refunded the price of the product once it has been received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will not be given unless the product(s) returned were issued incorrectly or delivered in a damaged state.
- we will only accept returns that, for hygiene and safety, have been unopened and untampered with. If the returned product(s) we receive are not in a fully resaleable condition then unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange them.
GENERAL INFORMATION
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, Waterlily - The Treatment Room Online facility with or without notice to you.
- Change the Terms and Conditions from time to time - your continued use of the online facility shall be deemed to be your acceptance of those changes.
- It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions for any alterations. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms amd Conditions then you must immediately stop using the online facility. If the Terms & Conditions are altered, your order will be subject to those Terms & Conditions at the date and time of you place your order.
